As part of the roving residence Periple Duet by Trienal de Arquitectura de Lisboa,we recorded voices and sounds related to the multiple meanings of the word Conviviality, across remote and peripheral areas of Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal.
We stopped by communities, associations, and individuals where this word becomes an active, radical, and alternative way to cohabit, coexist, and resist the magnetic force of urban centers.
During the Festival, we occupied a niche in the cellar at Radialsystem, where the collected field recordings and interviews were transformed into an immersive soundscape of distant worlds.
Visitors also jumped into cozy recording stations to boost new stories and implement the critical audio archive of radioLina.
